Hi and welcome to your Weekly Sales Tip from Ian Keightley @ Salescoach for Monday July 7th 2008

So the weekend was extra cold? Bit like the Real Estate Market in some places!

There is always a lesson in discomfort - in adversity - in trying circumstances. To cope with the COLD we all brought out the items to help us be more comfortable. Those warmer clothes, the gloves, the beanies etc. Many changed their behaviour, like staying home to keep warm and make the best of the time together. People knew what to do and how to do it. They adapted quickly and coped.

If you are having a "COLD" time in sales  have you gone to your skills, dialogues and strategies store room? Check you have put something on to keep you warm in the sales stakes.

  Quote for the Week

"Time for the weather report. It's cold out folks. The kind of cold which will wrench the spirit out of a young man, or forge it into steel."
