Hi and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Monday 16th November, 2009.

It is sometimes very easy to get down when things don't go as we would like. Most of us have times when we feel like the effort is not worth it. The biggest risk with these thoughts is how they can undermine your confidence. These thoughts then create a roller coaster of negative thoughts. Learn from the lessons you derived from these experiences.  Pick yourself up and spend some time re-evaluating your goals and the necessary actions to achieve these. If necessary, seek the advice of someone you respect, to clarify your desired outcomes and the path necessary to achieve these. It is amazing how having the confidence that anything can be achieved and moving forthrightly ahead, can increase your competence. You feel more focused and your clients also feel that you are the professional they need. This leads to success and then to more business. Make a start this week to change how you view the world and suprise yourself and those around you!
