Welcome to 2011 and I hope you have set out to make 2011 your best year ever!

In talking with many agents in recent days, yes even on holiday, many have new plans and resolve to do so much better in 2011. Many have set out to plan their year and some have managers pressing for their plans and goals.

Often we have so many ideas of our own, or ideas presented to us, that it's hard to see where to start. All too often we see people with plans so detailed that when we check to see how they are going, nothing has changed. Now the level of market activity determines their success. Not a good plan for 2011!

Simple is best. What do you know you need to do better NOW to make 2011 your best year ever?

Looking at some options:

Database better

Dominate your Farm area

Use technology better

Adopt a winning attitude

Believe in yourself

Avoid negative people and negative office environments

Be a superb lister

Be a great Marketer

Do Auctions superbly

Do Tenders superbly

Use a Top Performer as a Model

Learn all the Scripts & Dialogues

Find an Inspiring Manager

Work a Market where the ACTION really is

Get Serious & Take Responsibilty

Be an awesome closer and negotiator

Lose the Fear of missing the Listing

Be a superb Prospector

Spend your time with Winners

Invest in yourself - have faith in YOU

Dress like a Winner

Smile like a winner

I am sure you can add to this list!
