Several of my clients have reported recently that they have won listings simply by having a great profile and testimonials page on their web site. Their invitation to "Appraise" was 100% based on their web site content.

Not only are active buyers on the web 24/7 but future sellers are searching for sales people by name (Google your name and see what comes up), your personal web site or your office/brand web site.

They are looking to see what your profile and testimonials say about you. A lack of easy access and great content my have you excluded from their shopping list.

Yes it's great to place these in your Pre-Listing kit or Appraisal, but imagine if you never got the invitation to "Appraise" because you had no www presence?

Take a look on-line and see how present you are. The drift to on-line shopping is not just retail, not just plane tickets, not just things I can buy, not just houses for sale, but who is standing out as the person to provide the service.   

Take a moment and see how you appear to real estate surfers.
