The Irish Rugby Team ran out of steam on Saturday night. Their fitness levels were for a game that was in a past era.
The English played a game for an era that has passed.
The Welsh drew on new talent and new strategies because to win this "NEW GAME" they had to set a new standard. The French changed everything in seven days. Their results changed too.
Real Estate changes too. We have seen many changes in the past three years and now I predict the operational changes will actually accelerate. Yes there is CPD coming up fast, more expensive entry studies and therefore an increase in the value of well performing sales people.
Watch the recruitment efforts step up! The retention efforts need to step up too.
Sharpen your saw, refresh your skills and tactics in:
Prospecting - Database use,
Vendor Marketing Investment (VMI)
Listing at Your Full Fee.
Rejecting Listings that don't meet your standards.
Auctions &/or Tenders.
Telling Vendors how it really is.
Learn Pricing Strategies that work now, not ideas that are 20 years old.
Learn new dialogues.
Focus and Time Management.
Always retain your humanity, grow your talents in relationship building and always remember; "Never sacrifice your long-term image for a short-term gain."
Now about that keeping pace with the New Game!
Resolve to adopt, learn and IMPLEMENT a proven listings and sales initiative.
No matter how much experience, no matter how great you once were, the game can pass you by all of a sudden.
So keep pace: Adopt, Learn and Implement.
