What a festival! What a party! What a victory!

New Zealand has won the Rugby World Cup and we have all joined the party. That victory came after a great deal of preparation, planning, experience, practice and absolute commitment. At the end of the game both teams had "empty tanks." 

They gave their all to reach their dream They understood what it was like to lose.

They never wanted to go their again.

They are also humble in their victory, in praise of their foes, who in return repect them.

What a great lesson for those of us in sales.

No longer can we respect the one who says, "I tried that once and it didn't work."

or;

"I lost the listing (or sale) because company XXXX said or did YYYYYYY"

When we take the field to prospect,  list, market and sell, we too must leave nothing in our tanks.

The All Blacks have given us all "joy" and pride! Let's pay them a best compliment of all. Say THANK YOU and be grateful for their victory and demonstrate our respect by making this a week of equal commitment from us all, in our endeavours.
