Sometimes we make a listing presentation and leave without clarity. Have I got this listing or not?

Perhaps it is time to look at each listing opportunity a different way and actually see if this vendor qualifies to work with YOU!

Ask yourself these questions:

1. Are they serious about selling?

2. Can I stand in this house with confidence?

3. Will they invest in marketing?

4. Are their price expectations sensible? 

5. Will they let me do my job my way?

If you are still keen to take this listing on, it's time for clarity. Ask:

"Can I ask 3 simple questions?

So you are serious about selling?

You can see the sense in my marketing recommendations?

So would you be happy working with me/us?

I'll just complete the paperwork then!

You will have clarity!
