STAND YOUR GROUND!

Selling what you believe to be the right thing is much easier than selling a compromise. Let me explain.

When you are invited in to do a listing presentation most times we have our competitiors invited in also. Walk into that opportunity with confidence and make suggestions for  marketing and a method of sale based on your true belief system.

For example if you believe Auction is the best method of sale don't buckle on  this when the client is opposed to the idea. Simply put forward your reasons for suggesting this in a courteous manner and most times your belief and passion in what you are suggesting will filter through to the client. There is no need to use strong arm tactics just merely hold your ground and believe in what you are suggesting. The client will indeed respect your courage and determination to do the best job possible for them.

This also applys to our every day lives. We can be one of the crowd standing around the coffee machine and joining in with negative conversation or we can stand our ground and suggest that perhaps everyone should get on with the task at hand. Listing and selling real estate with integrity and honesty.
