Sometimes it looks as though your recommendation isn't working as you thought, even though YOU recommended it!

We see this with Auctions and Tenders, when a few days out from D-Day, either the agent or the vendor wants to change the deal or cancel the auction. Yes none of us want a public failure, but then the reality of this may be worth a lot more than you think.

So two or three days out you have no-one?  It is not good enough to cancel the auction.

How do you know there is in no-one,? Until auction day,  or close of tenders,  you simply DO NOT KNOW!

It was your idea. Have the conviction to trust the process, your recommendation and educate your seller, see your own price expectations were too high or better still, FIND A BUYER ON THE DAY!

Don't chicken out - run your recommendation to the end. The strength of your faith/belief in your recommendation says a lot about YOU!
