Isn't it awesome? Spring is here and daylight saving starts this coming weekend. All the signs are there that summer is on it's way and you will soon be planning your Christmas and Summer holidays.

What you do between now and then - the next 90 days - will determine how much you enjoy that special time. So make it a special time by increasing production and sales for the next 90 days.

Here are some suggestions for you:

Set a new 90 day goal for sales and listings

Focus your activity where the action is. Don't scatter-gun your activity. See where the action is and go there. Deal in products that are moving. Don't do the difficult and unique - do the popular. That's where the action always is. 

Break it down into 3 monthly targets - yes chunk your plans down to a simple goal such as:

A listing a week

x sales a week

xx calls a day

Go to work an hour earlier 3 days a week

Select your best stock and MOVE IT.

Check out your worst stock - change something and MOVE IT.  

Turbo - boost your prospecting - the same message every week to everyone for 12 weeks.

Plan a client function for late November.

Keep a track of the hours each day that you are engaged in truly dollar productive tasks and day by day seek to eliminate the non-productive times. Time once used has gone forever. All you have left are the results gained from that time. Make yours great.
