CELEBRATE THE SUCCESSES YOU EARN!  

These are wonderful times. The market is BUSY. we are busy and we all know we have to take advantage of such times. However, if you are not careful your work focus can become habit and overtake your life!

Life though is about balance. You work to have a life!

I have the pleasure of having a wonderful life partner, Jacqui, who is a great realtor.

I admire her focus and dedication, her ethics and skill!

Her perserverance and courage!

We have been in Queenstown since Thursday at her annual conference and last night her success was recognised.

1st in NZ for Auction Listings.

1st in NZ for Gross Fee Income.

2nd in NZ for number of sales.

And the North Island Supreme Award for Top Franchisee.

She has worked hard to reach these achievements and her success was deserved and well recognised by her franchisor and peers.

Now we apply the balance principle. We did not go back to Auckland today for open homes or auctions.

We are are not returning home until Wednesday pm. We are celebrating her success! It's time to appreciate the results, enjoy the profits and enjoy life balance. Without this balance, the planned goals for the rest of the year would be at risk.

A few days R & R will fuel the next few weeks. It is so much easier when you take time to refuel!
