It’s not all work – celebrate too.

Every week and often every day we are bombarded with ideas and tips to drive us to be more active, more motivated and more productive.

The purpose behind all this is so you can have a life that you enjoy. Your job is not your life, it funds your life.

And today I am going to enjoy life.

It’s my birthday and I am having the day off as it’s one of those things I promised myself.

When you work hard there must be rewards and today is one of those.

So if it’s not YOUR birthday have a truly focused and happy work day. If it is your birthday, have an awesome day OFF. You’re allowed to – feel free to enjoy. It’s what you go to work for.
