Many salespeople make the mistake of attempting to open doors on personality alone. True, personality and rapport building skills are essential to winning business. There is however one other attribute, which plays are big part in building your business - Your character!
Without a strong character, built on honesty and integrity it soon becomes apparent that your sole intention is to merely win the business! Sure some of the time this works, however if the business is not transacted with hard work and honesty the potential for referral and repeat business could be lost.
