Time to double the effort

When the pressure goes on it pays to double the effort!

However it need not mean double the work! 

When the market toughens they say the tough get going. Oh so true, but it's what they get tough with that makes the difference.

You see just doing lots more may simply use more hours, more energy and create more stress. It's time to focus on what really will make a difference- and to stop doing those things that are just not important.

Take a look at your diary for this week and see how many hours you have planned that will be truly dollar productive. There is so much we do that simply is not important - just it's what we have traditionally done or thought it was what we were expected to do. So many habits have become rituals - hard to break and yet all they achieve is the use of time.

This week the challenge is to double your efforts on the activities and jobs that will make a difference and to make a real difference for YOU by eliminating those activities that ONLY use time, and produce no worthwhile results.
