There is a mood of change - a feeling of a little lift - have confidence to set new goals for the rest of the year.

Sure it's been an interesting year with the real estate market sales running @ 50% of a boom. This has created an environment where sales skills, especially negotiation skills, have shown the true professionals. Survival has been the goal of many. It's now time to grow past that and set new goals.

Over recent weeks some offices and salespeople have had greater success and sales are flowing a little better, as was expected in spring.

There is a hint of a mood change - a hint of buyers surfacing - and the best news is that new listings seem to be owned by sellers who are starting to understand the new market.

So its TIME to set some new goals with confidence.

Take a breath and set new listing and sales goals for the rest of the year. It's time to seize your business and shake it up - write a business plan for the next 3 and a half months.

Database mailouts?

Prospecting each day?

Phone calls a day?

People spoken to each day?

How many listings?

How much $VMI?

How many Open Homes?

How many Auctions, Tenders, Exclusives?

How many Sales?

How much income?

What new skills?

What training do I need?

New scripts and dialogues?

Nothing new in terms of strategies. What might be new is the commitment to a new plan! 

Courage may be needed along with commitment - but you have both of those at your fingertips. NOW is a great time to decide to put them in place for the next few weeks. Make a great decision for YOU.
