Enjoy all that you have worked for.

Hi [name] and let me take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas, a truly awesome 2009 and may your holiday break with family and friends be all that you wish.

This has been a challenging and yet rewarding year and we know how hard some of you have worked to achieve the results you were aiming for. Our rewards have been seeing those of you who have invested in yourselves and stuck with your commitments, reaping those benefits.

It is simply awesome to see people having record months in this market and to see others who have worked their way up their group's ranks, with two of you achieving number 1 status for your group, and others entering the top 10 for the first time. Well done and we respect your commitment to learning, getting on with the business and your use of the resources we offer.

Take time to enjoy the break you have earned. For those of you working in our holiday locations we hope you get the rewards you have been looking forward to. Make sure you have product ready at the new market levels. There is business to be done!

Take time to relax if you are having a break - refresh and set new goals for 2009. Use this week to secure a new listing to launch in January.

We too have worked hard and will be taking a break and enjoying family and friends and the great NZ summer holidays. After New Year we are at Mount Maunganui for 2 weeks and will be returning to advance bookings with our first in-office sessions the week starting January 19th. We only have 3 days left for January bookings @ the special rate of $1500 +gst. This special offer is very popular and February is also filling. Interested? Call us this week to see what days are still available.

The auctioneers 2 day symposium has places still available and is also proving popular. Check out www.salescoach.co.nz  for other courses such as 2009 Quickstart days in Auckland, Rotorua and Christchurch.

This is our last Monday morning e-mail for 2008. We will be back with more Weekly Insights from Ian Keightley from Monday January 12th 2009.

In the meantime we are available until Dec 24th and back on-line from January 5th for any of you who need assistance.

Have a truly awesome Christmas and New Year. May 2009 bring you the many rewards and satisfaction that you deserve. All the best. Be safe, share with those you love and be kind to all.
