Only Bears Hibernate in winter!

Yes it is very tempting on those cold and rainy days to cease the activity which is so vital in these months. A plan is required to get you through these months or when spring arrives you will have little or no stock. Get out of the office and from in front of your PC, I don't know about you, but I have never heard of a PC or laptop listing their home for sale.

This is a time to be staunch. Put your winter woollies on and get out and talk to people. Knock on doors as this is the time of year when people are home keeping warm by their fires.You will be surprised as more often than not, owners will see that you are working and might even ask you inside to keep warm. How's that for an opportunity?

One of my clients has made it her goal to door knock every day until she speaks to 20 people. She is now enjoying it and the benefits are really starting to pay dividends.

What are you going to commit to this week to make a difference to your stock levels?

So let's focus on collecting as many listings as we can so we are well stocked through the winter. Make a 90 day Winter Plan. Make it a 90 day focus to work at peak performance. Let's have a HOT winter.
