A short week let's keep the message short. You have not got time to ponder as you need to really put the accelerator to the floor as you have a plan to get 5 days work done in 4 days.

This week here a few thoughts that may lead to some discussion in your office or give you cause to think through your appraoch, as winter hits, buyers are shopping and sellers are hibernating.

No matter what the market you have to price ahead of it.

Every new listing has its highest value in the first 2, 3 or 4 weeks then its value starts to fall.

Sellers have to outsmart their competitors - they need to price so well they put the other listings in their area out of business.

If you are going down the wrong road, motivation to speed you up is dumb. Education to help you choose a new road is what's needed.

You need to generate leads as there is no future in waiting for people to come to us. We must be business initiators. We must make it happen.
