Hi [name] and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Monday 22nd June 2009.
Concentration - the art of getting the best.
Over the weekend I managed to see a little sport on TV and one thing struck me. When the moment to perform arrived, the focus of the participant was clear to see.
Whether it was:
The rugby goal kickers,
The Professional golfers in the US Open, or
The Cricketers in the 20/20 tournament,
Each one of them had a moment of "absolute" focus.
There is no doubt this focus came from their desire to succeed.
So what are you focusing on this week? Is there an absolute focus on your performance?
How much of your focus is on the wrong things? Take a moment and resolve to focus on the success result you want. This week is only occuring once! So what do you want from it? NOW focus on that!
