We all have parts of our job we don't like doing or simply don't do at all. (I'm only talking about those things that are ethical and legal) 

Is this because we see no value in it?

Is it because we can't?

Is it because we don't know how?

Is it because we wont?

This week, indentify one thing, just one thing, that you have avoided doing that you know might actually help your business. Check you know how to do it, check you have the time and resources to do it. Now bravely choose to do it! 

Be inspired by your ability to make such brave choices. Now what can you really achieve?
