You don't need a result for a reward

Hi [name] and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Monday 3rd May 2010  

You don't need a result to have a reward. 

Today was just a beautiful day. Sunny, warm, sparkling sea and smiling people.

Like you we worked today - we did the jobs and tasks that lead to success. When the jobs were done we took time to go and sit by the beach, share some time and a wine. We shared a reward because we had done what we needed to do. No results today - YET!  They are coming though!!!! 

It is a great feeling to know that if you do what you know you need to do, consistently, with skill, that the results will come. At this point knowing that you have done all you need to do relax and allow the results to flow. And they do!  Enjoy that moment of reward. Those things that you worry about grow further out of your grasp. Once you relax in the knowledge you have ticked those boxes the more the success follows.

So when you have done all those things that will lead to a result, take a reward or treat. That way you don't have to wait for a result and you are even more ready to do those tasks all over again and build to even greater success.

Likewise, no tasks completed = no treats or rewards.

Enjoy your rewards this week when your list is ticked off.
