Hi [name] and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Monday 13th December 2010
The Finishing Touches
Last week we talked about sprinting in the finishing straight and now we need a last step burst through the finishing line. This is so that when we take our break WE KNOW we have completed all our jobs - that way you will relax quicker.
In the rush to tidy up last sales, renew and refresh old listings, organise marketing for the last issue of the year and prepare for the holidays there is another list of tasks that need your attention in these final days:
Which buyer(s) need closing? They want it sorted too so give them a real focus.
That database newsletter - still time. This is a focus this week!
Visiting your ADVOCATES.
Gifts for those clients you may have over-looked.
Christmas gifts - business ones.
Listing properties to launch in January.
However, it is not my intention to make a huge list. I encourage you to focus on two special things:
1. What things must I absolutely get done in the next 2 weeks? Now do them! That way I can take a break in peace.
2. Once that is done, ask yourself, "In 2011 what will I do different or better to make it really successful?" Take a notebook on your break and when ideas pop up, make a note. Let's not leave your business success to the market. Let's make your business a success in YOUR market. (For a collection of fantastic ideas lookout for my e-mail tomorrow.)
Quote for the week
"Remember there's no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end."
