Over recent months we have seen a rapid increase in the numbers of real estate marketers improving their on-line presence and the quality of their web site marketing.

From featured properties, "real" video tours, interactive floor plans, links to Facebook and youtube etc we are witnessing a huge growth in the use of these tools. Correspondingly we are seeing many properties now marketed with no or little print media.This move is accelerating!

One other thing we note: the actual perecntage of real estate marketers using these "new esentials" is still quite small.

You will have to go there - sooner is better - but you will.

Before you do, you need to take care of two things or you may suffer from a loss of market presence that non-adopters will try and exploit.

YOU NEED TO LOCK IN YOUR NETWORK AND SECURE YOU ADVOCATES! NOW!

DOMINATE YOUR PATCH - NOW!

There is a need to create a strong personal referral network just for YOU. That has always been the case and now it's simply a necessity. Take a look at your database and prospecting plan and see what you can do right now to secure your netwok of advocates.

I would also like to say thank you to all those who attended my recent series "2 hours for $20. We shared ideas on how to make these changes and what is required to make sure you have a network that refers to you. I am about to set new dates for Christchurch and Dunedin this week and those who were registered will be contacted directly.
