- Over recent months we have seen a rapid increase in the numbers of real estate marketers improving their on-line presence and the quality of their web site marketing.
From featured properties, "real" video tours, interactive floor plans, links to Facebook and youtube etc we are witnessing a huge growth in the use of these tools. Correspondingly we are seeing many properties now marketed with no or little print media.This move is accelerating!
One other thing we note: the actual perecntage of real estate marketers using these "new esentials" is still quite small.
You will have to go there - sooner is better - but you will.
Before you do, you need to take care of two things or you may suffer from a loss of market presence that non-adopters will try and exploit.

There is a need to create a strong personal referral network just for YOU. That has always been the case and now it's simply a necessity. Take a look at your database and prospecting plan and see what you can do right now to secure your netwok of advocates.

We shared ideas on how to make these changes and what is required to make sure you have a network that refers to you.
