Hi [name] and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Monday 4th June 2011

  ADVERSITY BECAME AN INSPIRATION!

Quote for the week

"Be careful of your moods and feelings, for there is an unbroken connection between your feelings and your visible world."
  Neville Goddard

This morning I got up early for a Sunday, and watched the rugby game in Cape Town between The Stormers and The Crusaders. Yes I loved the result and it was a great game to enjoy. The most inspiring part of the game was at the end when the Crusaders Captain Richie McCaw was interviewed.
The pleasant interviewer complimented the Crusaders for their result with the following adversities in their way:
The devastating events in Christchurch,
All their games were "away' games,
and they had so much travel to complete.
Richie McCaw's reply was the mark of a truly great leader. "Yes, if we had chosen to, we had every excuse to lose. We did not choose that path. We committed to achieve the best result we could, depsite the obvious challenges."
In real estate and business in general, we see people prospering whilst others struggle or simply give up.
Some simply look at the adversities: Sales numbers are down, good listings harder to get, selllers unrealistic, buyers who "know best" and oh that license fee.
Others simply resolve to be the best they can and it shows. The Crusaders resolve is an inspiration to all those who face some adversity but who want to share their resolve and dedication. Face the challenges in your business and commit to be oustanding at all you do.
There is business there.
You just have to adapt and adopt.
Have a truly awesome week.
