In recent weeks I have had the pleasure of sharing time with people at all levels of performance, and in many industries, looking for that special strategy/technique/idea that will change their results.
The majority though, are looking for a change in the market to fix "their situation."
Those who are winning in this market are as easy to identify as those who are struggling, and in some cases failing.
You only have to listen to what they are saying!
The key reality is that those who "lament" the market, "No sales, no listings" think they are talking of the results, when in fact they are creating, "manifesting" these outcomes.
When you talk to those who are achieving, their expectations, beliefs and "talk is so different! They expect to list! They expect to sell!
Their thinking creates their results!
This thinking needs careful nurturing and structure and can make a change in your results so quickly.
If you want to change your results you need to change your thinking/your talk/your attitude! If change is needed in your results, let's change your thinking.
Cynics would say. "No way!"
I would say, "Don't wait for the market! Giving something a go is far more worthy of you than not trying!"
Take a look at your "thinking" and see if it matches success!
