In any market you will find detractors, critics, envy and yet in those same markets others just fly.
A great example of this was the release last week of the "Rich List".
Rather than celebrating the success of these people and to thank them for the risks they took and courage they displayed, most media attention was based on how the "Rich get richer and the poor get poorer".
Anyone who understands compounding interest and effort as compared to no effort and no risk, sees this is not a mystery. It is just what is! And anyone who chooses to, can give it a go.
It's just a question of what you believe will happen. No-one else, just what you believe. So let's take a look at what you can "believe" or "think" (your disposition).
Take the next few weeks for you! School holidays are over, this is a shorter school term and Spring is coming. Only four weeks away. Let's believe there are listings and sales to be done.
Don't lament The "Poor Market", the weather, the economy, the boss, the lack of listings, that pushy competitor! There is no postive progress to be made with that disposition.
Focus on what you know you need to do to achive your desired results. Write them down. Make them realistic. Feel how you will feel when you achieve them. Erase the negative, avoid the mediocre, escape the office of no energy or direction.
Think great results - Think Listings and sales.
