These are interesting times and as new challenges come along it is fascinating to watch who is most responsive to change and where their responses may be taking them. Have you thought of your responses to some of these challenges?

1 The evolving compliance scene as REAA rulings are published?

2. How to win listings when your competitors immediate response to a "tight listing scene" is FREE marketing etc?

3. When no-one is coming to your open homes?

4. When competitors attack your listings with cards, phone calls and letters that were out of order even under the old act and are definitely in breach of the current act?

5. When you keep missing converting appraisals into listings?

6. When listings appear in your focus area and you weren't even invited in to give an appraisal?

7. When no-one in your team takes buyers to your listing (Some actually prefer that, even from those from BIG companies who market they have bigger teams therefore more buyers)

8. When your manager has no more inspirational ideas to give you?

 If you have experienced any of these feelings/thoughts, YOUR RESPONSE determines your level of achievement! Whose response? YOURS!!!
