The past few weeks have seen me travelling the country helping clients complete their verifiable training and calling Auctions! Often during these times I am asked for my opinion on the market. One of the most common remarks at the moment is "I need more listings" as in some parts of the country the listing bank for some salespeople is tight. I am asked for a magic formula to help. My answer is always the same. Stick to what you know. Continue the basics and it will happen! Keep the faith and believe those listings are on their way. Avoid negative thoughts and negative people! Prospect harder and pick two or three things which work for you and create a consistent plan. Last week the 34 salespeople who attended my 3 day course have gone away to do just that and I am already hearing from these people who are full of excitement as they now have a plan. Some are saying they are so busy that they once again feel excited. I love to hear those stories. So what could you implement today to take your business to the next level.
