Each week I have the priviledge of working wiith 100's of realtors, I get to speak at conferences and yet still get to keep my hands on the market with about 50 auctions a month, all on site. This is my reality check. I walk and talk the current market!

The lessons of the current market are so clear.

 

Sellers are suddenly racing ahead of the market because of the headlines in the media!

Realtors in many markets are wary of their shortage of listings and keen to list at inflated seller expectations. Oh yes this does happen!

The market dynamics have an impact on realtor behaviour!

The reality never changes. The market is the market.

Realtors who aid and assist seller listing expectations running ahead of the market are simply avoiding "How it is!"

 

Realtors have forgotten the art of; "Seller education to market reality. This starts on listing day, with your appraisal so get real.

 

Run ahead with your sellers and run the risk of the buyers avoiding your listing!

3. I know what's coming next in real estate. This is absolutely vital for you in 2013!
