VALUE YOUR LISTINGS! DON'T LET YOUR COLLEAGUES DEVALUE THEM!

In some markets, offices are well down on listings and in some there are sales people who have no listings at all. Every new listing owned by a motivated seller is "Gold" in this market, so for goodness sake slow the sales process down and don't let the buyers set the agenda. Don't let the poor listers, who run buyers around tell you when and how to sell your listing. 

 

The sale numbers in September indicated we were running at less than 0.6 sales per licensed sales person, so some are to keen to make a sale, even if they don't have  a listing.

 

It is posible that 65% of the residential industry did not make a sale in September so we need to really value the "Listers!"

 

When you look at the fact that some of you sold 2, others 3, some 4 and the really good, even 5 or more, tells me a whole lot didn't make a sale at all.

And they would love to!

 

When you bring in your new listing, they want to turn it to "silver" for them immediately!

NO! NO!

 

There is one line for them:

"Go get a listing before you even show mine to your favourite buyer!

 

You need to bring "GOLD" to the office too, so don't rush your buyers to my listing until you contribute a new listings too!

This is not a recruitment market. This is not just a sales market.

This is an "effectiveness market". You are only really effective if you LIST & SELL!
