JUST FOLLOW THE PROCESS! 

Skilful marketing, great sales skills and strategies, all often combine to help make that sale. It's a great feeling when it all works and everyone is happy at sale time.

However, it's a very different story when the sale eludes you and your vendor!

Often I am asked to help and mentor when things don't go right.

"My listing just isn't selling!"

"I don't know what to tell my vendor!"

"What can I do next to get it sold?"

My best advice is to tell your client exactly how it is!

If you follow the process, your Listing Marketing Checklist, inform your vendor every step of the way, of the absolute truth and reality, there will not be any bad surprises.

If you follow the process in detail, have faith in the process. This is the key. Have faith in the process and the clarity of your feedback.

The real stress comes when you know you haven't followed the process.

So have courage, and take a little risk. TRUST THE PROCESS!
