Travelling is great. I love it!

One of the best things is the time you get to observe and reflect.This has been a fascinating week and I have seen people reacting in all sorts of ways and so many of these reactions seemed either unnecessary or unauthentic.

I have seen bosses, managers, colleagues, couples, parents, children, adults, all react in a way to appease or control the other party. I saw so many react in a manner which showed subservience or domination.

It gave me cause to reflect further on relationships and business experiences.

Homeowners who want to tell us how to do our job!

Buyers who want us to jump and take them to a property NOW!

Children  who demand NOW!

Partners who want to control!

Bosses, colleagues and managers with "control agendas".

It is great to not have to experience any of that!

How come?

Because I can choose my reaction, because I am free to.

It is just great to be free to choose NO or YES!

That leaves the other party totally FREE to choose their reaction!

Done with respect, integrity, honesty and in the appropriate manner it gives you a great feeling of FREEDOM. Try it sometime!
