Hi [name] and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Monday 20th May 2013

Quote for the week:

"Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored."

Aldous Huxley (1894 - 1963),

The pace at which information changes, moves around and is distributed, continues to accelerate and our clients look for feedback and information to be made available speedily.

If we don't provide it, they have access to so much information on the internet they may go looking themselves.

To maintain our professional position of being the provider of the facts, market knowledge, professional opionion and market activity, we must be FAST!

All Vendors need to be shown how to monitor DAILY the number of views, "Hits", their property is receiving on the internet.

When we have a price challenge, over-priced property, we don't need to have buyer feedback at Open Homes to know what the feedback is.

Lots of Views on-line and no conversion to enquiry or viewings, low numbers at Open Homes, is all the feedback we need to KNOW something is wrong.

Or it could be that your marketing is not effective. Poor photographs and poor copy?

You are not maximizing your web presence for this property, by not using "Super Feature" or similar.

Or quite simply the price is wrong!

Now we need a daily review.

Weekly is now too slow!

So adapt and prosper!

Have a truly awesome week being the best you can!
