IF IT'S IMPORTANT!  

So many people tell me about those things that are just so important to them. They speak at length about what they must do, what others must do. After years of listening and observing, many things have become very clear.

Among them is this very simple lesson.

If it is really important, you would deal with it. Do it. Solve it. Move on! If you don't tackle it, your words are simply an attempt to divert our attention from your lack of courage to deal with it! So when you say it's important to you, make sure you have an action plan that is congruent with your statements.

Anything else means you lose respect and credibility. Have an awesome week being true to your words! It is a fabulous feeling when you stand by your principles!
