PRAISE BRINGS WONDERFUL RESULTS. CRITICISM SIMPLY SATISFIES THE CRITICIZER

Over recent weeks I have witnessed some fascinating, business, parental and relationship dynamics. Two things have become very clear:

1. Criticism is a means to keep the criticizer happy. The person or event being criticized does not benefit at all. The criticizer offers nothing positive or helpful. It simply amplifies the weakness. Now look at option 2, PRAISING!

2. Praising can work wonders. Praise is a wonderful thing. It simply focuses on what is good. It amplifies it. It encourages repeat performances. It encourages better and better performances.

This week see who you can praise. Do so and watch the smiles, the growth, the enthusiasm, the success. Wow praise is just awesome. Try it!

Happy Fathers day for yesterday to all those dads. I had a great day and my gorgeous Jacqui took me out for a lovely dinner. Such praise is deserved and I know it will happen again. Praise does wonderful things!
