BOUNCE RIGHT BACK!

To achieve our desired goals means we walk a path that is rarely perfectly smooth.

There are days where everythings works perfectly. The more of those days the better.

Somedays just don't go so well. We are told to give it another go, to bounce back up, to dust off, to simply accept this is just one of those things we have to cope with. It's a measure of our commitment to our goals.

In the last 24 hours we have seen two great examples of simply "Bouncing back UP!

Firstly in the Rugby Test Match between New Zealand and South Africa we saw Sam Kane at #7, challenged, battered and bloodied! He simply bounced right back up and helped the All Blacks to a great win.

Then in the America's Cup we saw Team New Zealand under pressure and nearly capsize. They could have used their postponement card for the next race to recover, check their boat and recover from their fright. They simply lined up for the next race and found an extra gear and were off with new found speed. Even though the race was abandoned, because of high winds, their spirit of Bouncing Back Up is an inspiring moment and a reflection of their courage and commitment to their goal.

This week, imagine what impact we would have on our businesses if we all showed the Bounce Right Back spirit!
