THE PACE OF CHANGE ACCELERATES!
Much has ben said in the last week about technology and how adopting the cutting edge technology wins the game.
Oracle proved this emphatically. And it happened in just days!
Using the latest technology, whether it's hardware, design, materials, strategies or behavours, is vital to succeed.
I often ask, "What you are doing that's different to last year?"
Now it's last week!
If you are using last century's technology and strategies, it's time to clear out those habits or handbrakes, and play the game today's way, and stay ready for tomorrow's innovations
This means that if you have been in business 100 years, have more branches or more salespeople, it all means nothing, unless you all play with the latest technology. The game is different now!
It's not how big we are, how many branches, how many salespeople or how long we've been in business. It's really about how good we play the game, TODAY AND TOMORROW!
Watch out too for our changing market. There's a wind of change in the buyers this week. Let's hope it's just a one week phase, so list well, watch your appraisal upper levels and keep your feedback strong. The market isn't just selling everything!
Today we are in the air on our way to Paris for a well earned break and as distance is now dead it will be easy to keep in touch.
