Hi [name] and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Monday 11th November 2013
Quote for the week:
"If it's an oddball property it needs an "oddball" buyer. The average property has the largest number of buyers"
Ian Keightley
THE PRODUCT IS THE KEY!
One of the things to watch as the market changes, and so quickly, is the product you are selling. In recent days we have seen auctions with NO BIDDERS and others with MULTIPLE BIDDERS and fabulous sale prices.
It isn't just the agent. It is so often the product! You could say the agent chose it, but the product is the key!
What are you selling?
Who is the target market?
How many buyers are there?
You can't conjure a crowd for an odd-ball property! Only odd-ball buyers!
So choose carefully what you are marketing!
Success is in the size and targetting of your target buyers?
Have an awesome week being the best you can be.
Have fun, make friends and money!
