In setting out to do better, we set goals, go to training, plan our time, manage our motivation and look for a great work environment.

If this is not managed superbly, we get clutter, confusion and distraction.

All too often we try to do too much, to many new things all at once.

The most productive way is to choose something, yes one productive thing, and be an expert at that thing.

Become simply superb at it, then implement that expertise.
