EMBRACE THE CHANGE!

Something changed yesterday morning.

I awoke to daylight! Fresh air, a new day and that awesome morning light. Good to see the end of daylight saving.

My body clock ignored the clocks I had set back an hour. I was up on MY TIME!

My day went smoothly too, with no rushing, no deadlines rushing up on me.

So maybe I have found that extra hour I needed. I think I will keep my body clock on daylight saving time and gain seven hours a week, 365 hours extra this year.

I knew there were more hours!
