ADAPT YOUR PITCH!
The past two weeks have been a lot of fun and included a really simple message. We were on the Gold Coast for eight days, many of which were clear and warm.
All as assumed.
Thursday and Friday last week I was in Dunedin and awoke on Friday morning to snow and freezing temperatures. We even had to cancel one of the training days.
Not as assumed.
Time to adapt.
I was then chatting with a salesperson who was lamenting missing a few listing presentations.
"I've learnt the dialogues! I've got a great presentation folder! I covered it all!"
"That's great. May I ask you a simple question. What did your client want?
Time to adapt.
