CONSISTENCY AND INNOVATION

It's now 15 years since I started this venture called Salescoach. I have done hundreds and hundreds of these Monday morning "hellos", "Go to work tips" and thoughts on how we can be better. It has always made me reflect on my endeavours too.

I often go back and read past posts and think, it's time to do better.

I have had a great ride and I realise two things have played a real part in my journey.

1. Consistency. Do it again and again. No matter what, simply turn up! It pays off!

2. Evolve - Innovate. I read past posts from many years ago and then read today's. Wow, we have innovated, evolved with ideas and dialogues, strategies and tactics, but our values have never waivered.
