Today is the first day of Spring 2014 and I have been listening to people telling me they are waiting for Spring.

1. Why wait until Spring? There is business to be done every day YOU CHOOSE to do it.

2. Spring is here now, so some will need to find a new excuse.

3. Spring is here so you need to make it work for you. Change your EXPECTATIONS and your ACTIONS and you will change your results.

4. Oops, forgot to mention something. Changing your EXPECTATIONS and your ACTIONS, is not a seasonal thing. Both are available to you at any time and FREE of charge

5. You choose your success level by your EXPECTATIONS and the ACTIONS you take, not your busines plan or the seasons!
