Sometimes the market throws you a challenge or it simply doesn't seem to be working as you had hoped.
This is especially so in deadline sales like Auctions, Tenders etc. You MUST have faith in the process, in the quality of feedback you have provided.
The process is the process and once again I have seen this faith at work. No bidders you are thinking? Vendor way above market you are thinking?
In this case it's best to still call the auction or close the tenders.
There is no better evidence than the market place like the event, to prove to your clients what the market is saying.
Don't pull the plug, don't cancel. PROCEED and  demonstrate the market evidence.
I have seen so many SOLDS in the last week where initially there was no prospect of a sale, BUT the event created a result.
Yes, there and then, or a few hours later.
The market rewards those agents who keep the faith in the process!
