I see so many salespeople who ask is it their brand/office/manager who is stopping them be successful?
Yes they want to do better and most look to blame someone/something else for their lack of performance.
As always I see again and again that Top Performers are superb at the basics and implementing them.
Too many people who dream of doing better look for the Golden Bullet!
They move brand, they move office, they suddenly adopt Auction or some other strategy and then discover nothing has changed.
Why?
It's simple!
They took an existing incompetence into a new strategy. Yes the incompetence moved with them!
Your performance to date is based on two simple things:
1. Your competence, and
2. Your Implementation of core tasks.
Simple but that's it.
It's all about YOU. So look inside you before you look to make a move.
