On Saturday I had the pleasure of hosting a good friend to Eden Park where we watched the dramatic game betwen New Zealand & Australia.
 
Surrounded by good-natured fans from NZ, Australia and England I witnessed emotions changing as the game went through some fascinating phases.
 
Australia off to a flyer - Aussies gloating, kiwis worried.
Australia crashes all out for 151. Kiwis gloat, Aussies worried.
 
NZ off to a flyer of a start too - Kiwis happy.
NZ crash to 9 down and 6 runs needed.
Aussies laughing again - kiwis oh so quite.
BOOM, six is hit and NZ wins. Funny thing was, everyone was happy.

I think I've got that listing. Oops they listed with someone else. Dam.
 
Wow Just got a phone call, "Come and list my house!" Awesome.
 
I have 3 bidders confirmed for my auction - oops none turn up! Bugger.
 
Don't know where that buyer came from, but they just offered asking price unconditionally - Love my job!
 
You see, It's only done when it's done, but have fun on the ride.
