When listings are tight it’s easy to disappear.

Listings are tight right now in many markets and many salespeople are forced to be buyers agents as they have run out of listings.

When the market gets like this, the rules of real estate become very clear:

1.  Get the listing
2.  Market the listing
3.  Get at least one more listing as a result of the marketing
4.  Now sell listing 1.

The lesson is:

Don’t be an invisible - secret agent. A market presence is best gained by showing you are in the business.
